Returns & Exchanges Policy

All Social Run Club merchandise is custom-made and printed to order specifically for each customer.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or general dissatisfaction after purchase.

Please carefully review all product descriptions and size charts before placing your order. As each item is produced specifically for you, we cannot replace or refund items ordered in the wrong size.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at socialrunclubperth@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work with our production partner to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

By placing an order with Social Run Club, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the relevant size chart and agree to this Returns & Exchanges Policy.
